SHIPPING

Certain destinations are only serviced by select shipping methods. Depending on the shipping address you specify, you will only be offered shipping method options that are valid for that address type.

Orders can be shipped to APO/FPO military addresses. However, not all items can be shipped to APO/FPO addresses, and orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Service.

The U.S. Department of Transportation (USDOT) restricts air shipment of items containing hazardous materials that could contribute to a fire or other mishap on board an aircraft. Aerosol products in pressurized spray containers (e.g., hairspray, shaving cream, deodorant, some perfumes) and products containing flammable, volatile or corrosive chemicals (e.g., aftershave, nail polish, nail polish removers) have this restricted status. This is why Ground Shipping is required for all such items. We cannot ship some aerosol, nail polishes and alcohol-based products to Alaska or Hawaii. These products are considered hazardous materials and are required to be shipped by ground-only transport due to air transport restrictions and regulations.


PAYMENTS

Classic accepts Zelle, PayPal, American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa and Gift Cards.

Payment by credit, debit or check card: The payment amount is authorized and held by your financial institution at the time you place your order. Your account is actually charged when your order ships. Your card will be only charged for the total amount of all items that ship. Any items that do not ship will not be charged to your card. Please note: Authorized and held amounts will not be available for other purchases. If an order is canceled, the authorization hold will expire in accordance with the terms of your bank or financial institution.


TAX EXEMPT

Classic credits sales tax to government institutions and non-profit organizations only. These two groups are entitled to receive a sales tax refund if they have a valid Tax Exemption ID number and complete a Tax Exemption Certificate. Please contact Customer Service via e-mail Contact Us for further instructions; make sure to include your order confirmation number.


Repairs:

1) We always aim to restore your appliance to a like-new condition. The level to which we can repair your appliance depends on what kind of shape it’s in when we receive it.

2) The actual cost of your repair may differ slightly from the estimate, depending on what we see once we open up your appliance.

3) Payment in full upon delivery of repaired appliance(s). Cash only.

4) For items dropped off for repair/service, customers leave a $5 refundable deposit per appliance.

5) Pickup/delivery fee depends on location. There may be a minimum quantity of appliances.

6) The following situations may be subject to an additional charge: you missed your pickup/delivery day, or you changed your mind after we picked up your appliances.

7) 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not satisfied, let us know why, and we’ll work with you to find a solution.
